About Your Stay

How many guests can stay at the property?

Up to 10 guests can stay comfortably. On the 2nd floor, there is one bedroom with two double beds and another with two semi-double beds. From the 5th guest onward, futon bedding is provided in the Japanese-style room on the 1st floor.

Can children stay at the property?

Yes, children are welcome. Rates are as follows:

  • Ages 6–12: JPY 5,000 (half the adult rate)
  • Under 6: Free (co-sleeping)
Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted at our property.

Is there a curfew?

There is no curfew. Once you have checked in, you are free to come and go 24 hours a day.

Cancellations

Can I cancel after my reservation is confirmed?

Yes. If your travel plans change, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how far in advance you cancel. Please refer to the cancellation policy shown on your booking page (on the OTA site you used) for details.

What are the cancellation fees?

(1) Standard reservations (6 nights or fewer)

Check-in

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 15:00–21:00 Check-out: by 10:00
Please note that our property is unstaffed and operates on a self check-in basis.

How do I enter the property?

On the day before your stay, we will send the front-door keypad code to the guest who made the booking. Simply enter the code at the entrance to unlock the door. The code is valid only on your stay date and cannot be used at other times.

How does check-in work?

Our property is unstaffed, so check-in is done via a self check-in system called FlexIN, which you can use either on the tablet inside the property or on your own smartphone. Please have the reservation code and verification code from your booking confirmation email ready, then follow these steps:

  1. Log in: Select your language and enter your reservation code and verification code.
  2. Register guest information: Enter details for the lead guest and all accompanying guests.
  3. Identity verification: All guests stand in front of the camera together and take a photo to complete check-in.

The process takes about 5 minutes. If you have any questions, please refer to the printed manual inside the property or contact us by phone or email.

Does the person who made the booking have to be the one who checks in?

No, that is not required. During check-in, please enter the details of the guests who are actually staying.
Please make sure the lead guest shares the front-door code, reservation code, and verification code (sent the day before check-in) with the other guests.

Luggage

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

As our property is unstaffed, we are unable to hold luggage before check-in or after check-out. Please use one of the following luggage storage services near Kamakura Station instead:

Can I send luggage to the property in advance?

We are unable to accept luggage sent in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

What should I do if I left something behind?

Please contact us by email with details of the lost item. Return shipping will be sent cash-on-delivery (payment on arrival). Items are held for 1 week. Please note that food and beverages may be disposed of on the day of check-out for hygiene reasons.

Is there parking?

We do not have private parking on-site. If you are coming by car, please use a nearby paid parking lot.

Is there a smoking area?

The entire property is non-smoking indoors. An ashtray is provided in the outdoor garden for smokers. Please refrain from smoking at the front entrance or in the passageways, as this may disturb our neighbors.
If any signs of indoor smoking are found (odor, ash, cigarette butts, burn marks, stains, etc.), a cleaning fee of JPY 10,000 will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping the property comfortable for all guests.

What is provided in the kitchen?

Everyday cookware and tableware are provided, including plates, cups, frying pans, and pots.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes — free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

What amenities are provided?

Bath towels, face towels, hair dryer, toothbrushes, toner (skin lotion), milky lotion (moisturizer), cotton swabs, hair brush, razor, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, oil cleanser, and hand soap.
